Build Your Own Bouquets

Will my bouquet look exactly like my design? 

Each Build Your Own Bouquet is assembled with your unique design in mind. Digital renderings, even at their best, will never be as joyful as the real thing. We strive to honor the overall chosen look. Adjustments may be made to floral varieties and/or placement. We promise - the results are stunning.

Substitutions 

Occasional flower substitutions may occur due to seasonal or availability changes. All substitutions will reflect the same style, color palette, and value as the original design.

General FAQ

How fresh are the flowers when they arrive?

Very fresh! Our flowers are shipped in bud or early-bloom stage, so they open beautifully at home. With proper care, blooms typically last 5–10 days. 

What do I do when my flowers arrive? 

Each order includes a care card, but here’s the quick version:

  • Unbox your flowers as soon as they arrive.
  • Trim stems at an angle.
  • Place in fresh water.
  • Change water every 1–2 days. Your flowers will continue to open and bloom over the next few days. 

Do you accept returns or refunds? 

Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right. 

What about extreme weather? 

We monitor weather conditions closely. In cases of extreme heat or cold, we may:

  • Adjust shipping schedules
  • Add protective packaging
  • Reach out if a delay is recommended.

Shipping

At the Florecita Bar, we take great care in packaging and shipping our flowers to ensure they arrive fresh, safe, and ready to bloom. 

What carriers do you use to ship bouquets?

All orders are shipped using FedEx Overnight. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. 

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship nationwide within the United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

When will my flowers arrive? 

Orders ship on select weekdays to ensure freshness. During checkout, you’ll see available shipping dates. Once shipped, most orders arrive within one day as we ship overnight. We do not ship on weekends or holidays to protect flower quality. 

Delivery

What if no one is home for delivery?

Shipped flowers are safe at room temperature for several hours. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly.

Once a package is marked as delivered, the Florecita Bar is not responsible for damage due to:

  • Theft
  • Extreme temperatures
  • Flowers being left unattended for extended periods
