At the Florecita Bar, we take great care in packaging and shipping our flowers to ensure they arrive fresh, safe, and ready to bloom. 

What carriers do you use to ship bouquets?

All orders are shipped using FedEx Overnight. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship nationwide within the United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Will my bouquet look exactly like my design? 

Each Build Your Own Bouquet is assembled with your unique design in mind. Digital renderings, even at their best, will never be as joyful as the real thing. We strive to honor the overall chosen look. Adjustments may be made to floral varieties and/or placement. We promise - the results are stunning.

What if a flower isn't available? 

Occasional flower substitutions may occur due to seasonal or availability changes. All substitutions will reflect the same style, color palette, and value as the original design.

1. Unbox your flowers as soon as they arrive.
2. Trim stems at an angle.
3. Place in fresh water.
4. Change water every 1–2 days. Your flowers will continue to open and bloom over the next few days.
